Assumption of Risk - I understand that camping and RV travel involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, fire, weather, wildlife, insects, theft, and other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my stay.
Release of Liability - The Wandering Texan RV Park, its owners, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, death, illness, accident, loss, theft, or damage to any person, RV, vehicle, personal property, pet, or belongings occurring during my stay, regardless of cause, except where prohibited by Texas law.
Responsibility for Damages - I accept full financial responsibility for any damage caused by me, my family members, guests, children, pets, or visitors to the RV park. I agree to reimburse The Wandering Texan RV Park for repair or replacement costs resulting from such damages including but not limited to:
Utility hookups
Water, sewer, and electrical connections
Landscaping
Buildings and structures
Roads and gravel
Gates and fences
Laundry or restroom facilities
Picnic tables
Fire pits
Covered carports & Any other park property
Guest Responsibility - I am responsible for the conduct of everyone staying with or visiting my campsite. Any violation of park rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
Personal Property - The Wandering Texan RV Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, RVs, vehicles, trailers, equipment, or valuables.
Pets - Guests are fully responsible for their pets and any injury, damage, or disturbance caused by them. Pets must be supervised and cleaned up after at all times.
Indemnification - I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Wandering Texan RV Park from any claims, lawsuits, damages, attorney's fees, or expenses arising from my actions or those of anyone accompanying me.
Compliance with Rules - I agree to follow all posted park rules and understand that failure to do so may result in termination of my stay without refund.
Governing Law - This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. I certify that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this agreement.
